宫颈糜烂与L型细菌感染的关系探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 L型细菌在宫颈糜烂发生及发展过程中的作用。方法 :采用改良的Kagan氏培养基对 40例宫颈糜烂患者宫颈分泌物进行 L型细菌的培养分离与鉴定。结果 :40例宫颈分泌物中有 34例检出细菌型伴 L型 ( 85 % ) ,其中 1 3例为金葡菌伴 L型 ,9例为大肠杆菌伴 L型 ,1 1例为链球菌伴 L型 ,1例为产气杆菌伴 L型 ;随着宫颈糜烂程度的加重 ,L型细菌检出率增高。结论 :L型细菌感染在宫颈糜烂的发生及发展过程中起着极为重要的作用 。Objective:To explore the function of L-form bacteria in occurrence and development of cervical erosion. Methods: Cervical discharge taken from 40 patients with cervical erosion were cultured with improved Kagan's liquid medium and general broth, then they were transferred into improved Kagan's liquid medium and nutrient medium containing blood respectively. Results: Bacterial L-forms were separated from 34 speciments of 40 cases (85%), In which there were 13 stains of staphylococcus aurens,9 strains of E.Coli , 11 strains of streptococcus,and 1 stains of bacillus aerogen. The results also showed that the severer cervical erosion,the higher positive rate of L-form bacterials infection.Conclusion: The infection of L-form bacterials plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical erosion,and they are closely related to the degree of cervical erosion.
