急性心肌梗死患者外周血单个核细胞c-kit受体表达的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)c kit受体的表达及其临床意义。方法　采用流式细胞仪检测AMI患者PBMC的c kit受体蛋白 (CD117)表达 ,反转录 聚合酶链式反应 (RT PCR)检测其c kit受体mRNA水平 ,并分别与正常人比较。结果　AMI患者 (n =2 4 )PBMC中c kit受体表达率及其mRNA表达水平与正常组 (n =2 0 )相比增高显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;AMI患者PBMCc kit受体及其mRNA表达水平与肌钙蛋白I(TnI)峰值及心肌梗死范围呈正相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论　AMI患者PBMCc kit受体蛋白水平及其mRNA表达水平均显著高于正常人 ,且与心肌梗死范围呈正相关 ,cObjective To determine the levels of cell KIT (c kit) of peripheral blood monocytes (PBMCs) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), and analyze the relationship between the c kit of PBMCs and clinical parameters Methods Levels of c kit of PBMCs of patients with AMI were estimated with flow cytometry, and levels of c kit mRNA were examined by RT PCR Results The c kit levels of PBMCs in AMI patients ( n =24) were significantly increased as compared to the healthy subjects ( n =20)( P <0 01) A significantly positive correlation was found among c kit levels of PBMCs, serum CK MB or TnI,and infarction size ( P <0 01) Conclusion c kit levels may be closely related to the clinical parameters in AMI patients
