摘　　要：目的　建立卡托普利片含量的高效液相测定法。 方法 　利用高效液相色谱法测定 ,选用 Kromasil C1 8柱 ,( 5μm,2 0 0 mm× 4.6mm) ;流动相 :0 .0 1%磷酸二氢钠溶液 -乙腈 -甲醇 ( 66∶ 17∶ 17)流速 1.0 m L· min- 1 ;检测波长 :2 15 nm;柱温 5 0℃。没食子酸丙脂作内标物质。结果 　线性范围为 2 5μg· m L- 1～ 75μg· m L - 1 ;方法回收率为 10 0 .4%,RSD=0 .83 %( n=9)。 结论 　该方法简便 ,灵敏 。OBJECTIVE to develop an HPLC for determination of Captopril in Table.METHODS The Captopril Table was analyzed on a KromasilC 18 (5μm,200mm×4 6mm)column with a mobile phase 66Vols. of 0 01% Na 2HPO 4 buffer、17 Vols. of methanol and 17 Vols. of acetonitrile at 50℃. The fiow rate was 1 0mL·min -1 . The detection wavelength was at 215nm and quantitated by internal standard method, Gallic Acid was used as an internal standard.RESULTS The linearity of method was in the range of 25μg·mL -1 ～75μg·mL -1 . Average recoveries was 100 4%.CONCLUSION This method is sensitive, accurate and simple.
