摘  要:介绍了纳米SiO2粒子链补强硅橡胶的机理。主要是因为纳米粒子链与聚硅氧烷分子链缠结和吸附,进行了无机与有机分子链水平的复合,复合体能随着基体形变而通过自身的屈服变形过程吸收大量的能量,从而补强硅橡胶。SiO_2 Nanoparticle chain aggregates(NCA) possess elastic properties. The interaction between PDMS chains and SiO_2 NCA may contribute to the increasing strength and modulus of silicone rubber. The adsorption and twining between PDMS chain and SiO_2 NCA can better intercept the stress propagation through the matrix. The stress can be transferred by necks from the matrix to the NCA, so mechanical properties of silicone rubber are insensitive to the interface between the PDMS chain and NCA. Polymer-filler interaction is influenced by the surface chemistry of SiO_2 particles and the chemical makeup of silicone polymer.
