摘 要:采用溶剂热法,通过无水氯化钴与多硫化纳(Na2Sx)(2.8<x<3.5)在恒温条件下反应合成了黄铁矿结构二硫化钴纳米粉体,该方法类似水热过程,不同之处在于以有机溶剂代替水,可防止反应物在水热体系中被氧化。用XRD、SEM和TEM对所得产物进行了表征,并对合成机理进行了讨论。A solvent-thermal method was developed for the synthesis of nanocrystalline pyrite cobalt disulfide at constant temperature by the reaction of CoCl_2·6H_2O with Na_2S_x (2.8<x<3.5). This method is similar to the well-known hydrothermal process except that organic reagent is substituted for water, which is needed to avoid oxidation of the precursor during the reaction. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). In addition, the posstble reaction mechanism was also discussed.
