银杏叶片与达美康治疗2型糖尿病时血液流变性与血脂的变化

摘　　要：目的 :探讨银杏叶片 (GinkgobilobaL .ExtractsTablets ,GbE)对2型糖尿病患者血脂 (TC、TG)水平及血液流变性的影响及其机理。方法 :82例 2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组 ( 4 0例 ) ,口服达美康 ,每次 80mg,2次 /天 ;治疗组 ( 4 2例 ) ,在对照组用药的基础上加用银杏叶片口服 ,2片 /次 ,3次 /天 ;两组均连续用药一月。分别观察各组治疗前后FBG、TC、TG、FIB、动脉舒张压 (DBP)以及血液流变性指标的变化。结果 :治疗结束时治疗组TC、TG、FBG、FIB、ηb、ηp、EAI、TK、ESR、DBP等指标有显著性改善 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ;而对照组只有全血粘度高切值、ESR、TG、FBG、DBP等有改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组比较除FBG、DBP外 ,其他指标均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 :达美康加用银杏叶片治疗 2型糖尿病能改善血液流变性和微循环 ,预防血管性并发症 。Objective: To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba Extracts(GbE) on total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG) and hemorheology of patients with type2-diabets.Method: 82 cases of type2-diabets were randomized into group of control (n=40), treated with tablets of Diamicron; therapy group(n=42), treated with both tablets of GbE and Diamicron. Both two groups were treated for a month.Before and after the treatment the famine blood glucose(FBG)?TC?TG?fibrinogen(FIB)? diastole blood pressure (DBP) and hemorheological property were tested.Results: On the end of treatment TC?TG?FBG?FIB?ηb?ηp?EAI?TK?ESR and DBP of the therapy group are improved significantly (P<0.05～0.01); while there are only blood viscosity? ESR?TG?FBG?DBP improved in the control group (P<0.05). There are significant difference between the two groups except for FBG?DBP(P<0.05～0.01).Conclusion: Mentioned above Diamicron added the GBE to treat the type2-Diabets for improved the hemorheological property and microcisculation and to prevent the chronic complication,sach as the blood vessel complication is better than using the tablet of Diamicron only.
