摘 要:目的 :建立冻伤微循环活体观察模型及观察结果的评价方法。方法 :将在体地鼠颊囊冻结后 ,立即复温使冻结融化 ,连续观察颊囊冻前及冻后 2h之内的微循环改变。结果 :通过对冷习服及低氧习服地鼠颊囊冻伤前后微循环的观察发现 ,该模型条件可造成浸冻部位颊囊冻结、所有微循环活动完全停止。但在冻结融化后 ,不仅可见微循环血流恢复 停滞和血管舒张 收缩交替、大量白色血栓、栓塞、RBC聚集及WBC贴壁、翻滚、游出等微循环障碍发生的全过程 ,也可见随着复温时间延长 ,某些改变逐渐减轻甚至完全恢复的过程。各组微循环的改变及其程度轻重的差别经分级定量评价后均得以充分显现。结论 :该动物模型稳定 ,重复性好 ;各观察指标的分级评价能较直观。Objective: To establish observation model and evaluation method of microcirculation in vivo and after frostbite.Method: To freeze the hamster check pouches by immersing the cheek pouch into freezing mixture, then re-worming and thawing it immediately by dripping normal saline on its surface, and the changes in microcirculation before and after frostbite was observed continually for 2 h.Results: From the observation results of microcirculation in cold and hypoxia acclimation hamster before and after frostbite, it can be seen that the freezing condition of this model made the check pouches frozen and their microcirculation stopped. But, after the check pouches is re-worming and thawing, not only the whole course of microcirculation disturbance as for the alternation of blood flowing-stopping and blood vessels dilatation-construction, amount of white embolus and embolism, RBC aggregation , WBC adhere, WBC roll and escape can be seen, but also the whole recovery course as for some disturbance are lighten gradually even recover from it. The changes of microcirculation and their degree difference in all groups are well shown in the results of quantitative evaluation.Conclusion: The results at present experiment indicated that this animal model is steady and can be well repeated, and the evaluation method of observation items enable to reflect the changes of microcirculation after frostbite.
