摘　　要：目的　总结应用补片修补巨大腹壁切口疝。方法　回顾分析应用涤纶布、聚丙烯和膨体聚四氟乙烯补片修补 9例巨大腹壁切口疝患者的术前准备、手术方法和引流放置。结果　均治愈。随访 4个月～ 1 2年无复发。结论　应用补片无张力修补巨大腹壁切口疝是一种简单。Objective To review the clinical experiences of repairing large abdominal incisional hernia with mesh. Methods Nine cases using Dacron, Marlex and Tefton were analyzed retrospectively on the preoperative preparations, repairing methods and postoperative drainage. Results All the patients were healed. Followed up for 4 months to 12 years, none of the patients recurred. Conclusions Repairing large abdominal incisional hernia with mesh is a simple, easy and effective method.
