摘　　要：　农村合作运动是南京国民政府实施的一项重要的农村经济政策,贯穿于南京国民政府统治的整个过程。农村合作运动的兴起是当时社会经济、思想理论和政治斗争三个方面共同作用的结果。运动的发生、发展,经历了理论准备、展开、推广、全面发展和结束诸阶段。农村合作运动是对旧式经济格局的一种冲击和突破,但是由于合作运动没有坚实的社会经济基础,在当时半封建的社会形态下,它的发展必然会受到具有封建性质的政治、经济制度的制约。Country financial cooperation is an important country economic policy, which is carried out by Nanjing National Government during its dominion. The development of country financial cooperation is in the historical background: preparation, beginning, popularization, further development and the end. This cooperation breaks the old economic structure. However, since there is no solid economic foundation in the cooperative movement in that feudal society, it is limited by the political and economic system.
