摘　　要：以一贯过程控制概念为基础,建立了宝钢二炼钢IPC系统。该系统将产品的重要结果与关键过程的识别、控制和持续改进链接起来,为实现产品质量的长久提高提供了手段。通过具体实例说明了该系统在生产中的实际应用和效果。Based on the idea of integrated process control, the IPC system at Baosteel 2nd Steelmaking Plant has been set up. The system provides a tool to realize the continuous improvement in the product quality through linking the product with the recognition and control of the key processes. Specific examples are provided to illustrate the system's practical applications and actual effects.
