摘  要:用原子力显微镜的轻敲模式对溶胶凝胶法制备的C3S和C3A的早期水化进行了研究 ,结果表明 :用溶胶凝胶法制备的水泥熟料单矿物C3S颗粒表面球状突起为 3 0~ 5 0nm ;C3A颗粒表面球状突起为 5 0~ 10 0nm。C3S初期水化产物形态有凝胶状、层状、颗粒状及纤维状 ;水化 2 4h ,在某些区域可观察到凝胶状、层状以及颗粒状水化产物。C3A初期水化产物形态为凝胶状和颗粒状 ;水化 3 2h ,某些区域可观察到结晶度较好的板状物 ,取向生长并具有层状结构 ,层状结构由成对生长的直径约 10 0nm的纤维状物质组成。By means of atomic force microscope (AFM) in tapping mode, the morphology of C3S and C3A made by the sol-gel method in the early hardening stage has been investigated. Results show that for clinker mineral prepared by the sol-gel process, there are 30-50 nm of spherical particles sticking out of the surface of C3S particles, and 50-100 nm of spherical particles sticking out of the surface of C3A particles. Morphologies of hydration products of C3S in the early hardening stage are structures of gel, lamina, particle and fibre, and after 24 h hydration, structures of gel, lamina, and particle could be seen in some areas. As to C3A, morphologies of hydration products in the early hardening stage are structures of gel and particle, and after 32 h hydration, the structure of better crystallized tablet with directional growth and lamina could be seen in some areas. This laminar structure is composed of fibrous materials with the diameter of around 100 nm and twin growth.
