摘 要:从梯度材料角度出发 ,提出混凝土功能结构的复合设计。采取双重或多重结构设计及功能层叠加等复合结构设计 ,实现混凝土结构的特殊性能要求。通过加设功能结构层 ,在普通混凝土结构基础上实现装饰性及整体结构的性能优化。采用一定的施工工艺将表面处理层、装饰功能层及基础结构层有机结合起来。研究结果表明 :通过材料与结构的设计变化 ,实现装饰性能及物理力学性能的三阶段梯度 ,如 :强度为90~ 70 ,80~ 40 ,5 0~ 3 0MPa ;离子扩散为 667,780~ 10 0 0 ,13 10C等 ,从而实现材料、结构、性能的最优匹配。From the point of gradient material, the function-structure compound design was put forward for decorate concrete. Double structure or multiple structure was selected according to different functional requirements. The decoration and property optimization of the whole structure could be realized by adding the design of functional structure on the common concrete. The coated surface layer, decorative function layer and basic structure layer were combined organically by using the special construction technique. The test results show that the three stage gradient changes of the decoration performance and the physical mechanical performance are realized through the scientific design of materials and structures, such as gradient changes in strength of 90-70, 80-40, 50-30 MPa and ion diffusion of 667, 780-1000, 1310 C. The optimization matching of the material, structure and performance can be obtained through it.
