摘 要:利用热流耦合有限元方法得到了管层流水冷区钢板表面热流边界条件 ,适用于板面温度为10 0~ 90 0℃ ,上、下集管射流初始速度分别为 1 5~ 3 5m s、2 5~ 4 5m s。建立了钢板瞬态温度场求解的有限元几何模型、网格模型、材料属性与初始条件等 ,并对 12~ 6 0mm厚度钢板控冷过程进行了数值模拟与分析。计算终冷温度与实测结果比较 ,相对误差低于 5 % ,温降相对误差大部分低于 10 %。The heat flow boundary condition on steel plate cooling in laminar jets, which was applied to the plate surface at 100°C-900°C and the initial velocity of upper and lower header jets 1.5 m/s-3.5 m/s and 2.5 m/s-4.5 m/s separately, was calculated using flow-thermal coupling FEM (Finite Element Method). The FEM geometrical model, meshing model, material property and initial conditions were established for the solution of plate's transient temperature field. Numerical simulation and analysis were made for controlled cooling process of plate thickness of 12 mm-60 mm. Comparison of the calculated end-cooling temperature with the experimental result, showed that the relative error is less than 5%, and as for temperature dropping, the error is mostly less than 10%.
