摘 要:利用ProCast和CalcoSoft 3D软件中的CA FE模块 ,采用元胞自动机 有限元方法 ,对U 2Nb合金以约 5 0℃ /min冷却速度铸造的 (10 7mm/77mm)× 80mm管形铸件作为算例 ,对该铸件的微观组织和晶粒度进行模拟计算。结果表明 :U 2Nb合金的凝固微观组织的晶粒度变化规律 ,在铸件的同一高度上 ,内层晶粒半径 <外层晶粒半径 <中间层晶粒半径 ;按从上到下的顺序 ,晶粒半径逐渐减小 ;用金相方法实测了U 2Nb合金铸件在各个高度位置之中间层的凝固微观组织晶粒尺寸 ,实测值约为模拟计算值的 5 0 %,但是二者晶粒度的变化趋势是一致的 。The numerical simulation for the microstructure of U-2Nb alloy tube\|like part with 107 mm/77 mm×80 mm under cooling rate of 50 ℃/min was conducted by CA\|FE module(cellular automaton-finite element) in Procast and Calcosoft-3D software. The results showed that the sequence of casting grain size varied from the inner to the outer layers in the section of the casting part at the same level in height as follows : grain size in the inner position<grain size in the outer position<grain size in the middle position. The grain size gradually reduced from the top to the bottom of the part. Although the measured value of grain size in the middle position at different level in height of U-2Nb alloy parts with optical metallographic method was approximately a half of calculated values,the change in trend of the both grain sizes is the same. The simulated results reached to the qualitative or semi-quantitative level.
