摘　　要：结合不锈钢叶轮叶片型面复杂的结构特点 ,采用CAD三维设计软件进行模具设计 ,用可溶型芯形成叶轮的叶片 ,用正交试验确定了叶轮型壳的焙烧温度、焙烧时间和浇注温度 ,成功地批量生产出不锈钢叶轮。Batch\|bulk of stainless steel impeller with complicated blade were produced successfully by using CAD molding tool design and soluble salt core to form blade of impeller as well as by orthogonal experiment to determine baking tenperature,baking time of mold shell and pouring temperature of the impeller.
