摘  要:应用微电极细胞外记录神经元单位放电方法,研究腹腔注射α-促黑激素(α-MSH)对正常及发热大鼠下丘脑前部-视前区(PO/AH)温度敏感神经元放电活动的影响。α-MSH对记录到的9例正常大鼠,9例发热大鼠的热敏神经元均表现出增频作用,而对4例正常大鼠,1例发热大鼠的冷敏神经元表现出抑频效应。经t检验,α-MSH对热敏神经元影响有统计学意义。结果提示:α-MSH是经调控温度敏感神经元的活动来参与体温调节及发热反应的。The experiment examined the effects of intraperitoneal injection of α-MSH on electroactivities of thermosensitive neurons in preoptic-antcrior hypothalamus(PO/AH)region in normal and febrile rats using extracellular microelectrode recording technique. The results showed: 1. α-MSH caused an increase in discharge frequences in all reccrded 9 warm-sensitive neurons and a decrease in 4 cold-sensitive neurons (4/4) of the normal rats. 2.2,4-dinitrophenol inhibited the electrca(?)tivities of all nine warm-sensitive neurons and activated those of 1 cold sensitive unit recorded. 3. α-MSH reverted the effects of 2,4-dinitropbenol on both warm-sensitive and cold neurons. The results may suggest that the influences of α-MSH as a neurotransmitter or neuromodulator on the regulation of the body temperature was mediatcd by adjusting the discharge activities of thermcsensitive neurons in the area of PO/AH.
