乙状结肠人工阴道成形术后的健康监测

摘　　要：作者观察了35例乙状结肠人工阴道成形术后的患者,术后最长年限为10年。对人工阴道的解剖学,组织学及超微结构进行了观察,结果显示:少数患者人工阴道粘膜腺体减少,间质成分增多;大部分人工阴道粘膜组织结构、细胞形态无异常变化,阴道深度、宽度均合乎生理要求。未发现阴道及外阴炎,肠道功能未受影响。Thirty five patients with vaginoplasty threenoplasty with sigmoid for 1～10 years were observed. Thirtythree of them were married and the result of coitus is satisfactory. We have also observed the anatomy ,histology ardlogy of the neovagina, and the biopsy from upper and lower part of the neovaginal mucosa was taken, in all patients. Under light micrcscopic observation, except for glands descreasing and mesenchyme increasing in the miner from the 35 and exudation in two cases who suffer from the prolapse of mucosa after the operation No change of the histologic structure and cytologic morphology was found in fhe majority of the 35 patients and no conversion was seen under transmission electron microscopic observation in 8 cases. The length and the depth of the neovagina are fit for physiologic function in 34 cases, only one patient appeared slight stencsis of the neovaginal outlet. No vaginatis and vulvitis were found in all cases and no patient's intestinal function is affected.
