摘　　要：目的 :探讨非常见原因致胸段脊髓受压形成急性高位截瘫的诊治。方法 :总结临床病例 ,自 1999年 4月 2 0 0 0年 10月 ,收治 2例慢性特殊原因导致胸段脊髓受压 ,而致急性高位截瘫 ,手术治疗后 3 4年随访。结果 :1例功能完全恢复 ,1例无恢复。结论 :对不明原因致脊髓压迫高位截瘫患者 ,应早期做出判断 ,尽早手术治疗 ,可取得较好的功能恢复效果。Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of acute high paraplegia due to thoracic cord compression caused by special chronic factors Method:Two special clinical cases were summarized and analyzed Result:After 3~4 years follow up,one case recovered completely,and the other didn't recover Conclusion:Earlier period operation intervention is the first choice for the unknown reason leading to thoracic cord compression resulting in acute high paraplegia
