摘　　要：在确定煤港粉尘总量控制监测核查因子的基础上 ,对降尘与专业煤港粉尘排放总量的关系进行了研究 ,得出煤尘总量控制计算模式 。The relation between down-dust concentration and total dust of specialized coal ports are studied based on the inspecting factor of total control for dust of coal ports.The calculation pattern is obtained.And the relevant control software is gained based on these.
