摘　　要：有了权力,就同时产生了对权力的制约和监督问题,世界各国都十分重视法律监督模式和效果的探讨,我国对权力监督制约机制还存在许多问题,法律监督制度尚不完善,而法律监督体制构建的关键,在于形成权力的制约机制和充分考虑并确保法律监督的权威和效力。Power emerges while coming with the problems of it's restriction and supervision, every nation in the world pays more attention to the legal supervisory model and it's effect. Today, many problems still exist in the legal supervisory system in China, for it is not perfect. The key to the system lies in the foundation of power restriction and in abundant consideration of how to ensure the authority and effect of legal supervision.
