摘　　要：期刊在高校图书馆文献信息资源中占有重要地位。而如何完善期刊管理,提高期刊利用价值,最大限度地发挥期刊的利用率是我们所要达到的最终目的,从转变期刊管理观念、完善期刊管理、提高服务质量等方面进行了论述。The periodicals plays imprtant roles in the document and information resources in university's libraries. And how to perfect the management of periodicals,improve the utilization of periodicals and maximize the utilization ratio of periodicals are the final purpose of the liberary management. This paper discusses such things as changing the ways of thinking in periodicals management, perfecting the management of periodicals and improving the service quality, etc.
