摘 要:在低水头电站中 ,设计水头在 10m以下时 ,水轮机的转轮直径相对较大 ,而机组的转速相对很低。如采用齿轮增速 ,可使发电机的尺寸显著减小 ,从而使整个电站的造价大幅度降低 ,但在机电设备选型过程中仍存在不同的看法 ,有碍增速方案的应用。本文试图从机组选型及实际经验表明 ,在灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组中采用行星齿轮增速方案和直连式方案进行综合比较 ,从运行稳定性、噪声、效率和经济性等方面说明今后齿轮增速在低水头水力资源开发中推广应用的可行性和必要性。For the low head hydro power station,the diameter of turbine will be relatively large, and the rated speed will be very low as well if the rated net head is lower than 10m. To increase the speed by applying planetary gear, then the cost of whole power station can be largely lowered with the reduction of the dimensions of generator. However ,there is different point of view in the process of type selection, thus resulting in the obstruction of popularization of increasing speed alternative. This article is an attempt from the stability, noise, efficiency and economy, etc., to present the feasibility and necessity of popularize application for planetary gear increaser in the development of low head hydraulic resource.
