摘　　要：对合成的添加剂Cr-A的性能及其电镀工艺进行了研究。Cr-A为镀硬铬添加剂,该镀液的主要特点为:电流效率高,分散能力好,无低电流密度区的腐蚀,底层光亮,硬度比标准镀液所得镀层略有提高。The performance of newly synthesized additive Cr-A and the plating process have been studied. The Cr plating bath containing Cr-A has high cathode current efficiency, good throwing power, free of etching at low current density area and produces brighter harder Cr deposit than that of from conventional Cr plating bath.
