对磺酸基苯基亚甲基若丹宁光度法测定银的研究

摘　　要：研究了在pH =4 .0的HAc -NaAc缓冲溶液中 ,乳化剂吐温 - 2 0存在下 ,对磺酸基苯基亚甲基若丹宁 (SBDR)与Ag+ 反应生成 2∶1的稳定络合物 ,λmax=5 44nm ,ε =2 .32× 10 4 L/ (mol·cm) ,银质量浓度在 0～ 2 μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律。该方法用于黑白相纸冲洗液中银的测定 ,结果令人满意。In pH=4.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution and tween-20 medium,5-(p-sulfobenzylidene)-rhodanine (SBDR) can react with silver(Ⅰ) to form a stable 2∶1 complex.The molar absorptivity is 2.32×10 4L/(mol·cm) at 544nm.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0～2μg/ml.This method was applied to the determination of silver in the solution of the black and white photographical paper with good results.
