The Chinese word 'Hebei' just means ' the north of the river'. It also has a short name 'Ji' due to its history. Because Beijing City is located in the middle of Hebei Province, Hebei Province takes a special position in economy of China. How is the urbanization of Hebei Province? What are the achievements and problems in the road to urbanization? The interview with the Vice Governor answers the questions.
