摘　　要：探讨了产品数据管理 (PDM )、工作流程管理及过程模型间的关系 ,指出建立合理的过程模型是实现PDM的基础和核心 ,通过总结模具行业的业务流程特点 ,提出了一种相对通用的业务过程模型及实现方法 ,其应用已取得较好的效果。The article discusses the relationships among PDM?workflow and process model, points out that setting up a sound process model is the base and the core of the implementation of PDM .By concluding the characteristics of the business procedure of die and mold enterprise, puts forward a relatively universal business process model and realization method, whose utilization has achieved preferable effect.
