摘  要:为了制备催化精馏用填料式催化剂 ,采用铝阳极氧化法和浸渍法制备了新型填料式SO2 -4/Al2 O3 Al固体酸催化剂 ,并用于催化乙醇和乙酸的酯化反应。最佳反应条件为 :醇酸摩尔比 1∶8,催化剂 2 .0 g ,反应温度90~ 10 0℃ ,反应时间 6 .0h ,酯化率 90 .4 0 % ,选择性 10 0 % 。In order to prepare structured catalyst packing for catalytic distillation, a novel solid acid catalyst was prepared by supporting SO 2- 4 onto a thin alumina film that had been formed by anodic oxidation of high-purity aluminium foils. It was used as catalyst to synthesize ethyl acetate. The optimum synthesis conditions were investigated. The molar ratio of the alcohol and acid was 1∶8. The mass of the catalyst was 2.0 g. The reaction time was 6.0 h at reflux temperature. The yield of the ester could reach 90.40%, and the selectivity for the esterification was 100%. The catalyst can be reused directly for 5 times.
