摘　　要：简要介绍了抽油机启动状态测量仪的测量任务和测量范围,以及测量交流电压、电流、功率的计算方法,同时介绍了测量仪的系统组成、具备的功能以及TMS320LF2407数字信号处理器的特点。This paper presents the electricity parameter meter on the start-up state of pumping unit about the task and the range of measuring. And explain the calculating ways of AC voltages, AC currents and power. In the meantime introduces the components and the functions of the meter and the features of TMS32LF2407.
