摘　　要：城市发展急需城市发展投资公司作为融资载体和平台,城市建设投融资需要转变观念,结合实际选择合适模式和类型。本文提出了城市建设投融资改革的思路与构想。The urban development starves for invest-ment companies of urban development as financingcarriers and flat roofs. We should change the ideas ofinvesting and financing for urban constructing andchoose proper patterns or types. This paper investi-gates the thinking and fabricating of investing andfinancing system reform for urban construction anddevelopment.
