银杏总内酯控释小丸的稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的 :考察银杏总内酯控释小丸的稳定性。方法 :进行影响因素试验、加速试验以及室温留样考察 ,用相似因子法评价释放度的稳定性。结果 :小丸的各项指标均在要求范围内 ,释放度相似因子f2 均较大。结论 :可初步认为控释小丸的稳定性良好。AIM: To study the stability on controlled release pellets of Ginkgolides. METHODS: According to the requirement of stability test of appendix XIXC of China Pharmacopoeia (2000 edition, Part Ⅱ), test for influencing factor, accelerated test and samples kept at room temperature were studied, applying similar factor analysis to appreciate the release stability. RESULTS: All the indexes accorded with the standard. CONCLUSION: Controlled release pellets have a good stability.
