摘　　要：目的 :建立几种动物类中药的电泳鉴别方法。方法 :利用十二烷基硫酸钠 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (SDS PAGE)技术 ,对 3种蜂王浆、牛血清蛋白、金钱白花蛇[2 ] 、乌梢蛇、鹿蹄筋、炮制前后的蝎子[3 ] 进行鉴别分析。结果 :结果表明 3种蜂王浆间 ,炮制前后的蝎子间的电泳图谱存在显著差异 ;金钱白花蛇、乌梢蛇、鹿蹄筋也有各自的谱带。结论 :电泳鉴别可为动物类中药的鉴别提供一项可靠的 。AIM: To establish an electrophoretic analysis for Chinese traditional medicine of several kinds of animals. METHODS: Using SDS PAGE method to differentiate three kinds of bee milk, bovine serum albumin, Coin like white banded snake, black tail snake, teudons of deer, processed and unprocessed scorpion. RESULTS: The results show that the electrophoresis patterns among the three kinds of bee milk have some differences, so do the processed and unprocessed scorpion. Coin like white banded snake, black tail snake and tendons of deer chart have their own strips. CONCLUSIONS: The electrophoretie analysis can be taken as one of the identification for Chinese traditional medicine of animals, it is reliable, simple, and it has some identification characteristics.
