摘  要:目的 :建立苍术挥发油中β 桉叶醇含量的气相色谱测定法。 方法 :以正十五醇为内标物 ,选用石英毛细管柱 ,10 %SE 30为固定相 ,氮气为载气 ,FID检测器。结果 :在该色谱条件下 ,样品中 β 桉叶醇与内标物正十五醇能够很好的分离 ,β 桉叶醇的加样回收率为 99.6 0 % ,RSD为 1.30 %。 结论 :本法灵敏、准确、重现性好 ,可作为苍术挥发油的质量控制方法。AIM: To establish the determination of β eudesmol in atractylis oil from Rhizomes of Atractylodes Lancea (THUNB.) DC. by gas chromatography. METHODS: Pentadecanol had been used as the internal standard substance in internal standard method. The GC system consisted of capillary column, 10%SF 30 as the stationary phase, nitrogen as the carrier gas, and FID as the detector. RESULTS: Both β eudesmol in essential oil and pentadecanol had got satisfactory separation under the chromatographic condition. The mean recovery of β eudesmol was 99.60%, and RSD was 1.30%. CONCLUSIONS: The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used to control the quality of the essential oil from Rhizomes of Atractylodes Lancea (THUNB.) DC.
