摘　　要：介绍了安阳钢铁股份公司第一炼钢厂在两台POKOP连铸机上运用系统工程原理对其生产工艺进行优化 ,通过优化使铸坯质量得到了改善 。The present paper introduces the optimization of production process of two ROKOP billet continuous casters at the No.1 Steel making Plant of Anyang lron & Steel Co., Ltd.by means of system engineering theary.The billet quality has been dramatically improved and the productivity tremendously raised since the completion of the optimization project.
