摘 要:采用远红外非接触测温和射钉法对武钢三炼钢的板坯连铸机典型二冷模式下铸坯的表面温度及凝固坯壳厚度进行了研究 ,发现通过矫直区进入水平段之后铸坯表面温度持续降低 ,机尾附近铸坯表面温度仅为 710~ 82 0℃。根据坯壳厚度变化得出的典型二冷模式下综合凝固系数K为 2 4~ 2 7mm/min1/2 ,根据凝固终点与K的关系 ,将浇铸低碳铝镇静钢时的拉速由 1.1m/min左右提高到 1.4~1.5m /min ,使铸坯的凝固终点向机尾延伸 ,铸坯出机表面温度提高到了 92 0~ 94Surface temperature and solidification shell thickness of slab produced by No.3 Steel making Plant of WUHAN STEEL under typical secondary cooling patterns were measured with infrared pyrometer and rivet pin shooting method.It was found that the surface temperature of slab decreased continuously after the slab passed the unbending zone.The temperature of the slab at the end of the caster was merely 710~820 ℃.The solidification coefficient K under typical secondary cooling patterns obtained from the variation of the solidified slab shell was 24~27 mm/min 1/2 .According to relation between the crater position and K, the casting speed for casting LCAK steel was increased from 1.1 m/min to 1.4 ~ 1.5 m/min , which made the crater of the slab extended to the machine end and the slab surface temperature increased to 920~940 ℃.
