摘 要:本文用乙醛酸诱发荧光组化法对三组不同年龄的豚鼠诸脑底动脉肾上腺素能(Ad)神经分布类型、纤维密度、膨体密度和荧光强度等进行了观察,结果是:Ad神经纤维的分布类型,豚鼠胎儿以纵行型较多,占76.27%,老年豚鼠纵行、环行和网状型的出现率极为接近,成年豚鼠网,状型最多,占92.79%,显示了Ad纤维分布类型的个体发育是由纵行型逐步向环行型,再向网状型发展。Ad神经纤维密度、膨体密度和荧光强度,从豚鼠胎儿发育到成年是逐渐增加与年龄增长成正比。The ontogeny of adrenergic (Ad) fibers in the wall of the basal cerebral arteries of forty guinea pigs in terms of their distribution, density of fibers and enlargements and flunroscence intensity was observed histochemically with SPG.It was found that the distribution of Ad fibers in guinea pig embryos was mostly longitudinal (76.27%), that in juveniles, three types, longitudinal, circular and reticular were quantitatively similar, and that in adults, reticular type was predominent. The above showed that the type of distribution of Ad fibers in guinea pigs from embryo to adult changed from longitudiinal. circular to reticular, the density of fibers and enlargments and the fluoroscence intensity increased during development, directly proportional to the increase of age.
