摘　　要：少数民族地区农村基层党组织建设必须按照“三个代表”重要思想的要求,以改革的精神研究新情况、解决新问题,把深化农村改革,发展农村市场经济,带领农民群众奔小康,作为一切工作的立足点和归宿。The construction of country local party organizations must base on deepening countryside reformation and developing countryside market economy to lead peasants to live in a well-off society with the spirits of reformation to research new comditions and solve new problems according to the requirements of the im-poertant thoughts of 'the three representatives'.
