广西百色地区475例壮族正常胎儿身长顶臀长的测量分析

摘　　要：本文对百色地区11-38周的475例正常胎儿身长和顶臀长进行测量。数据经统计学处理。结果表明,胎儿身长和顶臀长均随胎龄增长而增大,但不同胎龄存在着生长速度上的差异。本组数据与合肥地区的数据比较,在5个月前明显偏小(P<0.01),6个月后(除第8个月外)基本相同(P>0.05)。The crown heel(CH) length and crown rump (CR)length in four hundred and seventy five normal fetuses aged from 11 to 38 weeks were measured and analysed staristically. The results show that both the CH and CR lengths increase with the increase of fetal age, but with different speed in different fetal ages. The data were obviously smaller before the fifth month (P<0.01) and basically alike after the sixth month (P>0.05) except the eighth month, as compared with those in Hefei prefecture.
