摘　　要：从货币表现形式、发展沿革和现状来看,交易的成功使卖方获得一种美式期权,人们凭此可以在其需要的时候购买货物和服务,货币实质上是这种权利的一种具有普遍接受性、流动性最强的代表。From the form of money and its development and situation, the success of trade make the buyer gain a US-option, so the owner can use it to buy the goods and services. In fact, money is a popular and strong flowing delegate.
