摘　　要：介绍了某气体处理厂新建输气管道清扫作业的全过程 ,对清扫作业收球失败的原因进行了分析 ,根据分析结果 ,提出了加大清扫作业工序的管理力度、合理布置监测点、确保各清扫作业点通信畅通等改进措施。The whole pigging process for a newly-built small diameter gas pipeline of some gas processing plant is introduced. In allusion of the 'miss' of several pigs during the pigging operation, the site analysis on the problem is made. According to analysis result, some improvement measures such as pigging operation according to the work procedure, setting up the monitoring point of pig along the pipeline on a basis of rationa way and information transfer in the whole line are considered to be taken.
