摘 要:目的 试验探讨一种适用于医院被服类物品消毒的臭氧消毒方法的可行性。方法 按卫生部《消毒技术规范》测定开机不同时间的臭氧工作浓度和工作环境空气中臭氧浓度 ,用载体定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验检测臭氧对污染于被服类物品上的不同微生物的杀灭效果。结果 臭氧被服消毒机开机 12 0 m in塑料袋中臭氧浓度达 176 5 .4 3m g/m3,而环境空气中臭氧浓度低于国家规定工作场所安全浓度 ;消毒 80 min对布片载体上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌杀灭率达 10 0 % ;消毒 12 0 m in对布片载体上黑曲霉菌孢子杀灭率达 10 0 % ;对医院使用中棉絮表面的自然菌杀灭率 >90 % ;有机物对臭氧被服机的消毒效果没有影响。结论 臭氧对污染于被服类物品上的细菌和真菌具有很强的消毒效果 ,其在医院消毒领域具有良好的应用前景。OBJECTIVE To observe the germicidal features of an ozone disinfector to the microorganisms contaminated on the clothes and quilts used in the hospital. METHODS All the experiments were carried out according to the Technical Standard for Disinfection . RESULTS Ozone concentration in the specially made plastic bag (1.5 m×2.5 m) after disinfection for 120 minutes attained 1 765.43 mg/m 3,and the ozone concentration in the environment was less than 0.15 mg/m 3. After disinfection for 80 minutes,the killing rate of Escherichia coli ,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans contaminated on the clothes was 100%;operating the disinfector for 120 minutes could kill all the spores of Aspergillus niger contaminated on the carrier,and the organic substance had no negative influence on the disinfecting action of the disinfector. And the killing rates of natural microorganisms being on the quilts used in the hospital exceeded 90% after disinfection for 120 minutes by the disinfector. CONCLUSIONS All the results indicate that the ozone disinfector is an excellent device to disinfect the clothes and quilts used in the hospital.
