摘 要:目的 了解临床常见致病菌对 2 4种抗菌药物敏感性现状 ,为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供参考。方法 收集湖南省郴州市辖区内 12所二级以上医院 ,1999年 10月~ 2 0 0 1年 4月间药敏试验结果进行统计分析。结果G- 杆菌对阿米卡星、环丙沙星、卡那霉素、头孢曲松、庆大霉素、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、头孢哌酮敏感率较高 ,分别为 80 .2 %、74 .7%、6 8.6 %、6 8.4 %、6 5 .1%、6 4 .1%、6 2 .4 %、6 1.1% ;G+ 球菌对头孢哌酮、阿米卡星、乙酰螺旋霉素、万古霉素、头孢曲松、诺氟沙星、头孢唑林、哌拉西林敏感性较高 ,分别为 90 .4 %、81.8%、80 .8%、79.3%、72 .1%、6 8.9%、6 6 .4 %、6 1.9% ;G- 杆菌对环丙沙星、头孢哌酮、头孢曲松、庆大霉素、阿米卡星等 5种抗菌药物敏感性高于其他大型医院 ;G+ 球菌对氨苄西林、青霉素 G、环丙沙星、头孢唑林、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、卡那霉素等7种抗菌药物敏感性低于其他大型医院 ;G+球菌对苯唑西林、红霉素、复方新诺明敏感性高于其他医院。结论要加强临床分离菌对抗菌药物的耐药性关注。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of sensitivtiy of the common clinical pathogenic bacteria to the 24 Kinds of antibacterials,in order to provide reference to select antibacterials reasonably. METHODS The drug sensitive test results from Oc 1999 to Apr 2001 were collected from located hospitals at the Chenzhou area of Hunan Province. RESULTS The sensitive rates of G - bacilli to amikacin,ciprofloxacin,kanamycin,ceftriaxone,gentamicin,ofloxacin,norfloxacin,and cefoperazone were higher with 80.2%,74.7%,68.6%,68.4%, 65.1%,64.1%,62.4%,and 61.1%,respectively;the same rates of G + cocci to cefoperazone,amikacin,acetylspiramycin,vancomycin,ceftriaxone,norfloxacin,cefazolin,and piperacillin were higher with 90.4%,81.8%,80.8%,79.3%,72.1%,68.9%,66.4%,and 61.9%,respectively. The sensitive rates of G - bacilli to ciprofloxacin,cefoperazone,cefriaxone,gentamicin,and amikacin were higher in our hospital than in other large-scale hospitals;the sensitive rates of G + cocci to ampicillin,penicillin,ciprofloxacin,cefazolin,gentamicin,amikacin,and kanamycin were lower in our of hospital than in other large-scale hospitals;the sensitive rates of G + cocci to oxacillin, erythromycin,and SMZ-TMP were higher than in other large hospitals. CONCLUSIONS Pay more attention to the drug resistance of the clinical isolates of bacteria is necessary.
