摘　　要：高校治校文明是高校政治文明的主要内容。由于依法治校是提高高校治校效率的理性补剂,是优化高校治校秩序的基本途径,是实现高校治校公正的有效手段,是增进高校治校民主的内在动力,是保障高校校内自由的有力武器,是维护高校治校安全的必要举措,所以依法治校是推进高校治校文明建设的必由之路。可以确信,法治校园建成之日,就是高校治校文明实现之时。Ruling the higher learning institutions with civilization is the main content of the political civilization in the higher learning institutions. Ruling the school with law is the rational supplement to improving the efficiency and the fundamental way of optimizing the order in the higher learning institutions. It is also the effective method of realizing justice and the internal motive power of enhancing the democracy in the higher learning institutions. Furthermore, it is the powerful arms to guarantee the freedom as well. Therefore, ruling the school with law is only road to promoting the construction of ruling the higher learning institutions with civilization. We have every reason to believe that the day when the school campus is ruled by law comes the time when ruling the higher learning institutions with civilization is realized.
