摘　　要：本文提出了一种设计开关电容滤波器(SCF)的新方法。即利用一阶SC积木块,构造两种二阶SC积木块,根据电荷转换定律推导出其Z域等效电路。利用一阶和二阶SC积木块,设计出二阶和三阶的SCF电路。其优点是可以减少使用运算放大器、电容以及开关的数量,使得SCF面积减小,便于小型化。In the new method,two kinds of second-order SC building block are structured by the use of first-order SC building block. With charge switching law,Z-domain equivalents are obtained. The second-order and third—order SCF circuits are designed by means of the first-order and second-order SC building block. The advantage of the new method is that the number of ICOA, capacitor and switch and the area of SCF are all decreased.
