摘　　要：针对中厚板生产中出现的钢坯混钢问题,建立了推钢式加热炉钢坯实时跟踪系统。该系统具有对被加热钢坯位置和主要热工参数的实时跟踪,以及对加热炉各种操作参数的实时跟踪和过限报警等功能。In order to resolve the billet-jamming problem during plate production,the real-time tracing system for billet of pushing reheating furnace has been established.The functions of the system,i.e.all kinds of working parameters of reheating furnace are traced real-timely and automatically alarm over limit,are introduced.
