摘　　要：对夹送辊出口导卫插件使用寿命等进行了研究,通过试验方案对比分析及实践检验,得出分段式优于一体式夹送辊出口导卫装置,其不仅使用寿命高,而且可在线检查,利于成品质量控制。The service life of inserts of guide and guard in the delivery end of pinch roll of laying head was studied.The conclusion was obtained based on testing and practical production,which the service life of split type of guide and guard is longer than integrative type,and the on-line examining can be realized of the former to control the product quality.
