大力发展青贮玉米 促进云南畜牧业发展——云南省发展青贮玉米的思考

摘　　要：玉米是云南省的主要栽培作物之一,除了作为山区人民的主要粮食作物使用及用作轻化工业和酿造业的重要原料外,它还是云南省发展畜牧业的优质高产饲料。青贮玉米营养价值高,适合饲喂奶牛、肉牛和羊,随着云南省畜牧业的迅猛发展及其产业结构的不断优化,对玉米尤其是青贮玉米的需求将越来越大。结合云南省独特的气候、前期研究和种质资源优势,针对云南省畜牧业的发展形势,大力发展适用于牛、羊反刍动物及草食家禽的青贮玉米是一条很好的出路。Maize is the most important crop in Yunnan Province of China and plays a significant role in the development of Yunnan stockbreeding as a kind of forage with high quality and yield. As the rapid development and reasonable continuing adjusting of industrial structure of stockbreeding in Yunnan, the demand for maize, especially for silage maize, expands increasingly because silage maize has higher nutritional value and is propitious to feed herbivorous livestock or poultry such as cattle, sheep and chook. Therefore, developing the research and extension of silage maize is vital in Yunnan province.
