摘　　要：云南是世界上最大的稻种遗传和生态多样性中心之一。综述了植物核心种质研究进展;特别是以举世瞩目的5285份云南地方稻为研究对象,采用核心种质取样策略及检验体系、形态、等位酶、SSR标记、GIS技术、多种分类方法与核心种质技术体系相结合,建立了核心种质构建体系;建议加强云南稻种核心种质的研究和利用。Yunnan is one of the largest centres of genetic ecological diversity of rice (O. saliva L.) resources in the world. This paper introduced the research advances of core collection of plant gennplasm resources, especially technological system research for core collection was carried out by the morphological, isozyme, SSR markers, GIS sofeware, many classification, sampling schemes and test system, based 5 285 accessions of Yunnan rice landraces all over the world. It was proposed to strengthen the research and utilization of core collection in Yunnan rice landraces.
