摘 要:首次在 2 5 5 m3高炉上进行了冶炼不锈钢母液的工业试验 ,生产铬含量 5 %~ 2 1.3%的不锈钢母液近千吨 ,铬收得率达 98% ,炉况顺行 ,渣铁排放正常。为确保试验的成功 ,采取了保守的操作方针 ,入炉焦比提得较高 ,对原材料的磷含量也未加控制 ,试验中还将铬含量 15 .6 %的 35 t不锈钢母液由转炉冶炼后再经连铸和轧制加工得到某种不锈钢板材 。The industrial test of producing master stainless steel melt was carried out on 255 m 3 blast furnace Nearly 1000 t master melt with chromium contents from 5 % to 21 3 % were produced The chromium recovery rate was up to 98 % The operation of BF was smooth The slag and hot metal produced had good fluidity To ensure the success of the test, a conservative operational policy was adopted The coke ratio was very high and the phosphorus of raw materials was not restricted By converter refining, continuous casting and rolling, 35 t master melt with 15 6 % chromium were processed into stainless steel plates Thus whole technological process for producing stainless steel started from BF was established
