摘　　要：本文探讨了知识管理与知识服务的含义及特点 ,论述了建设特色专题知识库的必要性 ,并以“药物研究开发知识库”为例探讨了特色专题知识库的特点和建设方法。The paper discusses the definition and characteristics of knowledge management and knowledge service,necessity of construction of it.By providing a practical example of research and exploiture of medication knowledge warehouse,discuss the characteristic and construction method of characteristic topics knowledge warehouse.
