摘　　要：网络的普及 ,数字化文献的大量涌现 ,使图书馆的咨询服务方式发生了变化。虚拟咨询服务应运而生。本文指出虚拟咨询服务形式共有三种 ,网络合作化的数字化参考咨询服务必将成为虚拟咨询服务发展的方向 ,成为图书馆的核心工作。Library reference service has been changing because of the network and the digital documents.This essay points out the methods of virtual reference service,and makes the statement that digital reference service basing on the web cooperation must be the core of library in the future.
